Exhibition "Let's be Geoparque Algarvensis, what is it?"

"Let's be Geoparque Algarvensis, what is it?" is the title of the exhibition that will open on April 8 at the António Rosa Mendes Library of the Gambelas Campus.

On display until May 15, this exhibition seeks to show a territory aspiring to be a UNESCO World Geopark, which is not exhausted in the geological heritage. It aims to be the starting point for a deeper understanding of this magnificent and diverse territory located in the center of the Algarve.

The initiative is organized by the municipalities of Loulé, Silves and Albufeira, in collaboration with the Center for Marine and Environmental Research (CIMA) and the UAlg Library.
